About the ingredients:

Lactobacillus Casei Is one of the most commonly occurring probiotic within our bodies and is said to display a digestion- regulating and bacteria- controlling action. Lactobacillus Casei is said to help to balance the working of our intestines, relieving antibiotic or bacteria-induced diarrhoea as well as digestive problems suffered by people with IBS, Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease.
Lactobacillus Rhamnosus  is a popular probiotic which is said to help in strengthening of intestinal walls and relieving diarrhoea. It’s acid-resistant which makes it a good candidate for additional supplementation as its qualities will not be negated by contact with stomach acid. Lactobacillus Rhamnosus is believed to display antibacterial action which has been linked to its potential benefit against the formation of cavities, e.coli and staph infections, urinary and bladder infections as well as allergy and acne treatment.
Streptococcus Thermophilus is a powerful strain of probiotics, believed to aid in the symptoms of a leaky gut, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, lactose intolerance, yeast overgrowth and can help to strengthen the immunity to fight bacterial infections.
Bifidobacterium Breve is a probiotic commonly used for supplementation in bottle-fed babies, diarrohea, constipation, IBS, ulcerative colitis as well as for preventing complications arising after bowel surgery and to aid in cases of colds or flu.
Lactobacillus Acidophilus Is a type of a ‘friendly’ bacteria which assists in the digestion of proteins whilst supporting the production of antibiotic substances within the body. It’s said to possess antifungal properties and aid in lowering of cholesterol levels, increasing digestion and absorption of nutrients. Lactobacillus Acidophilus is thought to aid in reduction of gas, bloating, constipation or antibiotic-related diarrhoea and overgrowth of Candida as well as detoxifying harmful substances whilst returning the internal bowel flora to an optimal balance.
Bifidobacterium Infantis Is commonly found in the mouth and digestive tract. It’s a type of a ‘friendly’ bacteria which benefits have been linked to its potential action in alleviating abdominal pain, gas, bloating, IBS symptoms as well as lowering levels of inflammation in patients with ulcerative colitis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and psoriasis.
Lactobacillus Bulgaricus is another type of probiotic bacteria which resides within our digestive tract. Maintaining the optimal balance of internal flora is very important as this is where majority of our immunity comes from. Appropriate levels of Lactobacillus Bulgaricus have been linked to have a potential effect in helping and preventing liver disease, common cold, antibiotic-related diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, eczema, hay fever and oral health problems.
Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) FOS are considered prebiotics which are said to help feed the good bacteria in the intestine. They are a good source of soluble fibre which can aid in stool formation as well as help to relieve constipation and diarrhoea.
