About the ingredients:

Betaine hydrochloride  is traditionally used to increase the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, which aids digestion. Betaine Hydrochloride may assist in the absorption of Vit B12, calcium, iron and proteins.
Lipase is an enzyme which aids in digestion of fats.
Alfalfa powder  Is a nutritive herb, believed to promote mental clarity, wellbeing, digestion and assimilation of vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, Vit B6, E and K. Alfalfa contains the haemoglobin-building and detoxifying Chlorophyll, protein and amino acids. Alfalfa is traditionally used to improve appetite as well as during period of convalescence after an illness, stress or a general weakness.
Amylase is an enzyme which aids in digestion of carbohydrates.
Apple cider vinegar powder
contains acetic acid which as been linked to stabilization of blood sugars and increase in feeling of fullness, which may have a benefit for those who are looking to manage their weight more efficiently. Acetic Acid shows antibacterial qualities and is commonly used to aid digestion, slimming and joint inflammation.
Turmeric Is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory herb said to contain
8x the antioxidant power of Vit E, help to prevent damage to
blood vessels, improve blood circulation whilst strengthening
blood vessels, reducing cholesterol levels, and stimulating cortisol production and liver metabolism.
Caraway seed powder 
displays a very similar action to fennel anise. As an antispasmodic, it’s believed to help bring relief in intestinal colic and cramps, gas, bloating digestive upsets, diarrhoea, nausea and indigestion.
Chamomile powder is traditionally used as a antispasmodic muscle and nerve relaxant, to promote healthy adrenal hormones, relieve pain and spasms, aid digestion, cramping, colic and back pain. It’s believed that Chamomile promotes restful sleep whilst reducing the effects of stress-induced chemicals in the brain.
Fennel seed powder  Traditional anti-inflammatory herb, often used as a digestive stimulant which relieves nausea and improves appetite. Fennel Seed is said to relieve gas, colic, cramps distention and flatulence by relaxing smooth intestinal muscles.
Ginger root  Is a potent antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory herb, traditionally used to lower cholesterol, relieve muscle pain and stiffness, strengthen the heart, improve circulation, reduce nausea, gas and bloating.
Peppermint leaf powder  Has antispasmodic properties which make it popular in cases of coughs, colic, spasms and constipation. It’s believed that peppermint has bile-stimulating properties and can aid in dealing with gas, bloating, indigestion, nausea, IBS and digestive pains.
Protease III  is an enzyme which aids in digestion of protein.
Bromelain contains protein-digesting enzymes which are said to block inflammatory chemicals. Traditionally used for swelling, joint pain, inflammation, histamine reaction and tissue damage whilst speeding up healing and reducing the potential for scar tissue formation.
Papain is an enzyme derived from papaya fruit, believed to play a role in reducing inflammation and pain whilst speeding up wound healing and easing digestion.

Free from: artificial colours, flavourings, preservatives, gluten, dairy, sugar, wheat or yeast.

Usage:

1 or 2 capsules to be taken with each main meal or as advised by a health professional.

If taken alone (i.e. rather than in combination with other digestive supplements), to be started off on a higher intake of 2 – 3 capsules before breakfast, lunch and the evening meal for 3 – 4 weeks. Thereafter, reduce to 1 – 2 capsules, 2 – 3 times per day or as required.
